No chance of your napkins flying away with this baby!! Base is reclaimed pallet wood (sanded, stained with colonial oak stain and covered with a polyurethane coat) and galvanized piping is 1/2" (and 3/8" threaded through the swing arm that easily moves up/down to add/remove napkins!
